Dutch helped me buy (2005) and sell (2013) my home. He went above and beyond on both deals and I would highly recommend him. I was out of the state during both and he was excellent at keeping me informed. He is well connected and took care of all the inspection items which saved me from having to fly back. Both times I worked with him there were unusual issues that came up but he knew what to do and got the job done.

Dutch was very helpful in selling my property. The buyer had many difficulties with there financing. The buyers had a long list of unreasonable inspection objections that was used to try and adjust the price in their favor. Dutch rolled up his sleeves and worked through many weeks of meetings and walk throughs with contractors and the buyer. The sale got done only with his determination and patience.

Dutch listed my house in Washington Park in August 2012. He was the consumate professional. He was very thorough in explaining the entire process to me. His marketing program is amazing and far-reaching. We had a lot of showings. He was prompt about returning my calls and emails, as well as holding open houses upon short notice. My floor plan is not good for the type of families shopping for houses in my neighborhood. I decided to take my house off of the market until a future date when I can fix the floor plan.
