Dustin has been great. And so has Jarrett. There are few things about Bosshardt that bother me though. You represented both me as the seller and you also represented the buyer. Nobody ever asked if that's OK with me, to wear both hats as it is not as competitive. I still trusted Dustin, but it was just snuck in there that Bosshardt represents both sides. I also negotiated a 5% commission, 3 for Dustin, and 2 for a buyers agent. A buyer's agent does by far less work than the seller's agent is my logic and this is our 6th home. Yet you split the commission I paid 50/50. I'm paying this bill and you did not do as I asked, or even asked to change it.

This was our first time selling our home and we are so glad we chose Dustin. He explained everything thoroughly, helped us out when prepping our home to sell, and understood our situation and made sure he was able to meet us where we were at. We got everything we wanted in the sale and we are extremely happy with his services.
