started working with Dustin less then a month ago on buying some land. I wanted it done quickly for tax purposes and the sellers were motivated as well. Dustin and his team got everything going timely and was even able to get our closing moved up twice to get everything done on time. the entire process was made very easy with few visits to an office. honestly i'm pretty sure we could have done the whole deal virtually but I wanted to put some faces to names and met in person for the closing. all of the paperwork was streamlined and easy to read and follow. thank you all again.
