I have never worked with a realtor who did such an amazing job. We were looking for a house while living in another state. He sent us options for almost a year while we tried to find the perfect house. When we finally put an offer on a house I had many questions. Our realtor had my back! He answered all my questions. He renegotiated our offer price numerous times as different situations arrived. He went as far as to do the final walkthru the day before the closing after spending the day in the hospital, being that he was not feeling well. You could not ask for a better realtor.
