Difficult sale during COVID
Dustin was AMAZING!! He knew the market very well. The techniques he had prepared for selling the house came in very handy during COVID (he had a walkthrough video done, a drone video, and pictures even before we knew about COVID). He was able to negotiate the sale of the house with very difficult buyers. He was always aware of what was going on and he did everything he could to move the sale forward.
