Dustin Peterson

Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. However, Dustin helped to keep it on the table and pursued the best solution for me. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his commitment to his clients. I cannot recommend a more honest, ethical and committed real estate agent.

Working with Dustin was great. He was available essentially all times and right off the bat we could tell he was someone we could trust. He was very honest and open with us and did a lot of work helping us look for houses and giving us access to resources that would help us with our search. Not only did he help us find our house but he helped us find quality people for things like plumbing and such. He was even available when a water main burst and was able to help talk us through getting it fixed. 10/10 would recommend Dustin, he’s an awesome guy.

If I could give you a rating, it would be 10/10 for sure! You were so quick to respond to our texts when we started our house hunting journey that you were our obvious choice for a real estate agent. You were helpful in finding places that might suit our needs on a very tight time schedule. You made yourself available in person and by text/phone any time, including evening hours and weekends. You were knowledgeable about neighborhoods, houses, the buying process and readily shared that with us. Your laid-back manner made it easy to ask you questions. The day we met you we immediately felt we could trust you. You worked hard to represent me in our purchase offer and you navigated a difficult process with this one! You really made the entire process easy! And you didn't stop there. I appreciate you giving us a reference for a plumber and on a separate date you were immediately available during our weekend plumbing fiasco! Again, 10/10 because you go above and beyond, even helping us after our closing. You are outstanding!

Dustin was extremely helpful throughout the process of me buying a home. This was my first home and Dustin had an answer to any question I had, simple or complex. He is a real, down to earth guy, very easy to work with, a great negotiator and he even helped me obtain financing. Dustin is very knowledgeable of the area he works in, and can get you into any showing you would like. I would highly recommend having Dustin as your real estate agent, couldn't pick a better guy for the job, he gets the job done.

Dustin helped me even more than he knows. Any thing I didn’t understand about buying a house he would go through with me and explain until I understood. Even now after buying my house if I have questions about anything, he’s always here for me. I got something in the mail that I had no clue about, he stopped by to take a look at it, found out it wasn’t legit, he saved me money, I would’ve of paid the fee if he hadn’t told me not to. I would Definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. And if I know anybody that’s going to buy a house I will tell them that I think Dustin Peterson is a very good realtor and I recommend him highly.

My family and I received last minute military orders and had to move across the country and had to sell our house on very short notice. Dustin took care of practically everything for us over the phone, answered all of our questions at a moments notice, and ended up selling our home for more than we originally wanted! I couldn't recommend him enough; super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, we're extremely happy with the service we received!
