Dustin and team did an excellent job for us. They were very knowledgeable on the process and market.

Dustin's approach was very supportive throughout the process. He provided the details of what the market is doing and what he felt the price range was for our home but he always asked for my thoughts. Also, when the inspection came back there were 6 very minor things needing fixed. Dustin negotiated with the buyers agent on a few of them to allow me to do the repairs instead of a licensed contractor. The were minor in nature and had nothing to do with HVAC, plumbing or electrical. All in all, I would highly recommend Dustin and team. Great people to work with!
