Dustin is CEO and Broker for Heritage Properties and Investments. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, he graduated from Purdue University before moving to San Diego, California in 2002. He began working in the real estate industry as a loan officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for 4 years before opening his 1st brokerage, Heritage Properties, in 2006. Heritage Properties began managing single family residential rental properties for the Carrington Mortgage group. In 2014, Carrington Mortgage was looking for a real estate brokerage to help manage their rental property portfolio in Indiana. Dustin took this opportunity to get licensed as a real estate broker in Indiana and open a real estate office in his hometown of Indianapolis. Heritage Properties successfully manages an influx of 125 rental properties in the Indianapolis market and is now taking on new clients to offer home buying and real estate sales services as well!
