We recently had the pleasure of working with Dustin. We met him a couple of years ago at the Rockabilly Car Show, in the Park Circle area. Dustin added us to his mailing distribution, and we began getting informative newsletters about home sales, as well as upcoming events in the Charleston area. Dustin made such an impression on us that we decided to have him list my Mother-in-Law’s home. He had four open houses during the first weekend, it hit MSL. He shared all comments made after each showing. He communicated frequently and we never felt ignored. Dustin makes you feel like family and his number one priority. We had an offer within two days of listing. Once the offer was made, Dustin negotiated on our behalf and came back with the number we wanted. After the contract was signed, Dustin took it a step further and hired a third-party Transaction Coordinator. This person ensures all documents are in order and acts as the liaison between us, the closing attorneys, and the agents. I’ve not seen this extra step before, and it speaks to him being very detail oriented. Dustin is the ultimate professional and is very knowledgeable about the market. He’s honest, respectful, and compassionate. He’s really interested in his clients and gets to know you, personally. He’s not out to try and make a quick sale. You can trust him to look out for your best interests. Dustin came to the closing and even surprised us with some very thoughtful gifts, hence as he has wonderful listening and memory skills!
