Dustin helped us buy and sell during a very volatile market. We listed our home right at the start of summer in 2022, so we could get our kids into a better school. Our home sold fast, but with the market changing so abruptly, the buy side was much more difficult. It took all summer to find a place, but we got one at the last minute and Dustin helped us close in under 20 days, so we were not homeless for the start of school.
