His rough estimates of potential upgrades I discussed with him were very helpful in deciding on my offer price. His negotiation skills throughout the inspection and after were extremely beneficial. He understood the issues that were most important to me. They were agreed to before the contract was signed and addressed before closing. I also liked his energy. It was in every text, every phone call, and every in-person meeting.
