Mr. Delino is amazing! In our humble opinion, hands down, one of the best real estate agents we have worked with. Trying to sell a house is stressful, but trying to do this out of state, and over a 4 month period, it is compounded. Through the whole process he communicated with us on what was happening with our listing; masterly negotiated with the buyers agent for our expectations, not just to close the deal; when faced with challenges posed by us, the sellers, and the buyers, he kept a cool head and calmly handled these situations with expertise, making all of us see sense. He has a natural knack for handling pressure with patience and honesty; a quality which is quite refreshing in such a stressful environment.

Coming from someone who this was their first time buying a house. I being only 20 yrs. old was made so comfortable and well informed my Mr. Delino! He helped me every step of the way! I normally don’t right reviews but this guy stays on your hip and is your go to man for any questions or concerns. I was offshore for most of the purchasing process and he took his personal time to review and write a digital form each and every time to send to me to keep the process from being at a stand still while I was at work! Definitely a family loving man and I’d recommend him to any future homeowner!

Dustin is everything you could want for this process. We were looking for our first-home and he navigated the process so well. It was such a pleasant experience to engage with him. He covered all the bases and went above and beyond. The fact that he agreed to be our realtor even though we lived 60 miles away was a big deal to us in itself.
