Dustin Davis

Dustin has been amazing in this buying and selling process! He was assigned to us part way through the process with Knock, and along with Robin (who is immeasurably helpful!) Dustin settled all my concerns and continues to be awesome with communication. There were some bumps in the road, but they were smoothed out by us all working together. Both my husband and I agree, in another sales situation and if the numbers worked out again, we would use the Knock Trade-in program again. That should say volumes. ??

We wanted to find a bigger home and cash in on the equity of our current home but with an army of four legged friends (and chickens and kids) we couldn’t imagine the house showing process-that’s where Knock saved us and we first started corresponding with Dustin. He was always quick to respond and answer questions and if he didn’t know (not often) he found us an answer. We found the perfect house (and also a very difficult seller) and Dustin managed the negotiation brilliantly and put us at ease-then we got to put him to the test again when selling our home with multiple offers, several contracts that fell through, wishy washy buyers and their agents and he, once again, was the only reason we didn’t lose our minds. We knew that if we had a question or concern or just needed to understand the process better we could “call Dustin”. Our experience with Knock was all in all made because this person did an extraordinary job of balancing our needs with the high demands of both buying and selling a home while simultaneously making us feel like we could count on him to help steer the ship in the direction that we wanted to go. We trusted Dustin and that is EVERYTHING in this business.
