Knew exactly what I was looking for and stayed in my budget. Kept me out of areas I wanted to avoid and looked for nicer neighborhoods. Kept it very professional, would check everything and give me his opinion on if the house is worth what the seller is asking for. Good a negotiation with the seller. Being a first time home buyer I think Dustin is great at explaining what I need to think about when getting a house.
