Dustan treated selling my house as if it were his own. He was confident, professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Having not sold a house in 27 years, things have changed and I had anxieties (some legit, some speculative). Instead of dismissing them or me, he went over them with me and gave his assessment - including how he arrived there. He takes a personal approach to keeping you in the loop, touching base at least once a day. Even three days after the sale, there was a miscommunication between the title company and me, which was quickly fixed when Dustan connected me to the right person. I deeply appreciated making this sales journey with Dustan, as he turned an experience I had been dreading into a pleasant event.
