Dulce is absolutely amazing. First off, she is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She knows so much, you can ask her anything, anytime and she'll have the answer for you. If she doesn't know, or is unsure, she'll find out and get back to you quickly. She explains things and makes sure you understand fully. She worked day and night, (even while in urgent care), to get us our dream home. She let me know what was going on every step of the way, what was the next step, any issues that could arise and why.
