I hired Duke Roundtree as my realtor not knowing who he was, but just by his reviews. He definitely lived up to the reviews that I read about him. He found a buyer for my vacant property a few days after me signing a contract with him which I was impressed. We closed on my lot a few weeks later all hassle free. Even though that does not happen that often when selling. Finding a buyer and closing within a few weeks did happen to me this time. I did pick the right realtor at the right time in the Marion county/Ocala National Forest area for my lot that was sold. Robert N.
