Sold the unsellable! Can I give 6 stars?

I was in a real pickle with a property that was left by a deceased family member, which was in worse than poor condition and I had moved out of state! My realtor wasn't able to help me and turned me on to Duff Knott. A GODSEND! Duff was professional, kind, QUICK, helpful in getting the right people in to see the property and in a market where sellers were stalled out - he had multiple showings right away. Within a week we had 2 offers. Duff helped negotiate the best offer for me and was on hand at closing. He was kind, professional and kept in touch even after we signed just to make sure all was good. Highly Recommend!!!
