We now own our Dream Home and would not have it if it wasn't for Duff. It took over a year but he never gave up on us or let us settle. Our initial broker focused predominately on internet marketing. We had good numbers initially, but we only got an offer with multiple contingencies. And the advise was to cut price until it sold. I had conversations with another realtor, a friend of a family member, prior to contacting Duff. This realtor informed me what the house may be worth and indicated that they already had a buyer and that the buyer was willing to pay what the realtors perceived worth was. I had an appraisal done, and the appraisal was significantly higher than what the realtor had communicated the value would be. Their buyer suddenly came into unexpected money and was therefore willing to pay the appraised value. At this point, there were too many red flags for me and I contacted Duff. Long story short, I ended up with approximately 20 percent more in sale proceeds than if I would have went with the original realtors recommendation. Duff was in constant contact with me throughout the process.
