I bought my house after close to two months of going to showings and throwing in failed offers, these offers were often above asking price and without inspection or warranty. So the market was tough! Duane was always available and made time to go to look at what felt like 100 different houses. He was very knowledgeable of good and bad products being used by a specific home, such as furnaces, water heaters, and even breaker boxes. He wasn’t afraid to give his valuable opinion on a house and it was very helpful with all of the different places we looked at. He had a good understanding of how the market was, but it continued to get worse as we both adapted and buckled down on our efforts. I am forever grateful to Duane for his dedication. A few times I had lost my motivation and hopes of finding a home after over 10 failed offers on houses.
