About DUANE

I was licensed in sales in 1983 and licensed as a Broker with the state of California in 1990. I owned a California Brokerage Firm called Forest Meadows Properties beginning in 1990. My firm was located in Forest Meadows near Murphys and my team specialized in sales of Forest Meadows homes and condominiums. I also own a Property Management firm to provide management of homes and vacation rentals in Murphys and the surrounding area under the same name. I started in sales with Re/Max Gold located at 35 East Highway 4 in Murphys, California in November, 2019. I expanded my sales area to include all of Calaveras County.
