I was paired up with this group after responding to a few Zillow ads, and I definitely feel like I was lucky to have found them. The group in general is great at communication, extremely proactive, and friendly to work with; I mostly worked with Alexa, who was the realtor I first started talking to, but everyone I came in contact with was great. After we found the place and they helped us win the bid, we closed within 30 days with no issues - they had people lined up to take care of everything, so almost all I really had to do was read and sign the forms. I would definitely recommend this team - every aspect of the process was handled smoothly and professionally, and it was a pleasure working with them.
