Help to arrange inspections, and contractors to give bids for repairs. All the contractors he works with are great. Reasonably priced, and very attentive and able to provide work quickly. We always knew what was happening, whether through email, text or phone. There was never a surprise in this whole process. Through his hard work, he was able to get our home sold in just a few days, while simultaneously helped us buy a new home. I cannot say enough about Sean and the Drew Coleman group. This is exactly what a Real Estate team should be!

A year ago, I started the process to buy my first home. I met with Jillian for coffee to just "start talking about it". She brought examples of all the documents that would be a part of the offer process and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Mere weeks later, after getting approved, we started looking at homes. Jillian was really open, patient, and flexible to taking time with me as I wanted to look at different styles of homes in different neighborhoods so that I could narrow down what I liked/didn't like, what were my non-negotiables/negotiables, etc. As a very cautious, skeptical and single buyer, Jillian was helpful at pointing out the things that would make a home worth putting an offer in on or which ones would be best to pass on based on my individual needs and desires. I trusted her insight and expertise throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond and thorough in her responses. Even while on vacation out of the country (!), Jillian still responded promptly to emails and kindly set me up with a colleague from the Drew Coleman Team (Robin) to view homes. The whole first-time-home-buying experience was so much less painful than I ever imagined and I credit 95% of that the Jillian. The other 5% was me doing a lot of positive and reassuring self-talk! :) If you are a first-time home-buyer I would strongly suggest working with Jillian! She's a gem!
