Andrew was outstanding to work with. We really enjoyed working as a partner ship with him to get our house sold. We felt like Andrew tried everything in his power to help us sell our house. He was a true blessing in the process. I would recommend Andrew to anyone when it comes to buying or selling a house.

Drew helped my husband and I buy this home in 2019. We had such a positive experience that it was an easy choice having him as our seller's agent. He worked with us to get some much needed updates done to our home to increase value, arranged showings around our (and our newborn's) crazy schedule, and went above and beyond with closing and last minute things like hauling away a cord of firewood and arranging for professional cleaning after our cleaner fell through after we had already moved out of state. I would highly recommend Drew and his team for their expertise whether buying or selling a home.

Drew went out of his way to help me find a home. I was relocating from 3 hours away and still working during the week so weekends were my only option. Drew never hesitated to take me around on multiple Saturdays until I found the home I wanted. He even took me on showings the day before Easter and responded to my texts when on vacation with his family! He kept me abreast of new houses on the market and would coordinate the day to ensure I'd be able to see as many houses as possible. While in each home, Drew would point out key features of the home--whether positive or negative. He would see things I would otherwise have missed, would give an estimate on the age of the appliances, furnace/AC, roof, windows etc so I'd have an idea what additional expenses I may have been in for once I purchased the home. When I found a home and decided to put in an offer, Drew took care of the paperwork and offered advice on how I could make my offer more attractive to the seller if other offers were placed. He helped in the negotiation of the final price offered and I got the house I wanted! I would recommend Drew to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. If the day comes where I move, he will be the first person I call to find a new home and to sell the one he helped me find (although I don't foresee that happening anytime soon--I really love the home he helped me find)!
