I started working with Drake as my realtor last year as I knew I would be looking for a home after I got divorced. Working with Drake to find a home I love was a collaboration that ended up with me finding the perfect home at the exact right time despite a crazy, messy year. Drake is kind, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, organized and honest. He sent emails for homes that he thought I'd like and didn't waste my time with ones I wouldn't. He always gave me the specs for each home up front and found out extra info if it was needed, giving me his honest opinion about each property and neighborhood. I felt like Drake and his teammates at Novak and associates really cared about helping me find the right place. They were easily reachable by phone, text or email, and Drake and Dan had other associates that helped me with my loan, inspection etc. It was obvious they all worked well together and were also responsible reliable professionals and good referrals for me. Because of Drake and his team, I knew exactly what to expect and when, and the paperwork was streamlined as much as possible using online signatures etc. The whole process went super smoothly and I would definitely recommend Drake and his team as great realtors to help you find your home.
