He had researched the comparable sales. His ideas seemed reasonable to us and our children. In the background, he must have communicated with bidders with a resulting control of the process. His ideas led to more money for us and kept us from confrontations we did not desire. I appreciate that display of professionalism and taking care of the closing since we were out of state. It was very convenient the way he handled things beyond my opinion of his responsibility , since we were trying to move , clean and handle some trying experience in a new area.
