Wendy was very helpful in providing advice in a somewhat difficult selling situation since comparative prices were not available. She was effective in coordinating between participants in the transaction such as a property management company, a roofer. the title company among others. Also, she was always available when needed and responding promptly to any questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience working with her.
