Dr. Jose Flores has to be the most hardworking and efficient realtor out there. We started looking for a place in mid august and quickly started the process in closing on a place by early September. If you would have told me a year ago that I would own a house in one of the nicest areas in San Diego, I would have laughed in your face. Seriously! It all still feels so surreal! And I cannot thank Dr.Flores enough. I knew him from my time in service, so I had already had a friendship with him. This all started with a quick question on home buying and what I would need to have before even thinking about buying a house. From the very beginning, he was very informative and answered all my questions. Prior to this, I had no clue on the housing process. He explained everything down to the smallest questions I had.
