We contacted Dr. Jenell to sell a property with a tenant who would not pay her rent and we could not evict her due to COVID. No body wanted to buy the property with the problem tenant. Dr. Jenell communicated directly with the tenant and committed to finding her a great next home. She solved the problem at no cost to the tenant and we were able to sell the property.
