The Best of the Best! We came to know Doug through a mutual friend when we were trying to sell our late uncles’ house after a disastrous experience with an agent from one of those nationally-known real estate companies. That previous hotshot agent did the usual “fast buck scenario” because any home priced under a million dollars was a waste of her precious time. She took awful photos by herself, gave the property a half-hearted description online, then over-priced the house. Within a few weeks, she began lowering its price every seven days so that buyers thought something was wrong with it. She was finally dismissed and enter Doug. He had professional photos taken, carefully described it online, and properly priced it. The house sold within a very reasonable length of time. When it came time to sell our own house, Doug was the only one we considered and the sale was so startlingly fast that our heads are still spinning. He can’t promise miracles but if you put yourself in his hands and listen to his expert opinions, you’ll be well rewarded.
