Palm Aire Home Purchase

Last year while vacationing in Bradenton my wife and I met Doug at an open house just prior to 4:00 pm as he was closing up the home. He more than welcomed us in and we got to talking. We liked the home that he was showing, but we also saw another home for sale in that same development. Doug said let me make a call and see if I can get you into that home and about a half later we were touring that home as well. Now a days you just don't see that kind of service, so we were impressed. We unfortunately weren't ready to buy at this time, but Doug kept sending us homes to look after we finished our vacation time. We kept narrowing down the list and a year later we said we were coming back down and we met with Doug at his office where he showed us what's on the market. We selected three that we thought would work for us and the first one we saw we ended up putting an offer in and we got the home. Here's why Doug was terrific: 1) He listened to where we wanted to be in Sarasota and Bradenton and only sent us those homes in that area to review. This really narrowed down our search tremendously. We were working with my cousin initial, but he never listened and kept sending us homes in Parish and places way too far out. 2) Doug is just an overall nice person. Even after the sale commenced he has still been following up and helping us with anything we need help with. He recommended the pool people that we use, the landscaper, and also a security company. 3) Not only did Doug assist us tremendously with finding an awesome home we now feel with have a great friend. Doug always looked out for the best interest in us and not just trying to get us to buy any home. Awesome person and awesome realtor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOUG TO ALL!
