Douglas was always available via phone or text. When there was a delay, returned communication was never more than an hour. Douglas was resourceful in obtaining plumbers, electricians, stagers, appraisers, gardeners and housekeepers. He assisted me with obtaining a Cert of Compliance through Santa Clara County Planning and was in constant communication with ongoing service people while the house was on the market. With all my questions, if Doug couldn't answer them, he was diligent in seeking them out. Doug is a very approachable person. Doug also presents as one with confidence, common sense, sensitivity, eager to please, and with a great attitude. I have enjoyed his humor and quick wit. His ability to establish trusting relationships has been one of the key factors in his success.
