Douglas is an incredible realtor and I'm not impressed easily. He listened impeccably well and sought to understand our needs. Douglas is always friendly and supportive, never pushy. Every house we wanted to look at he had some valuable information on to give us a competitive advantage. We got the deal of the century and we are 100% satisfied. He's a friend. I'd trust him to watch my 1 year old now.
