I am Douglas Mariano, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of America Realty Inc. in Florida. I have been in the real estate industry for almost 18 years and America Realty has been in business since 2005.
According to www.homelight.com, I rank at top 2% of Seller's Agent out of 4,363 real estate agents in the area and my listings sell 22% faster than average listings.
Our coverage areas include, but are not limited to, North Broward County and South Palm Beach County. The cities of Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Boca Raton, Lighthouse Point, Margate, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Delray Beach and Fort Lauderdale are my areas of expertise, but due to clients' demands, I have also branched out to the Orlando/Kissimmee neighborhood and in 2017 sold 18 properties in those communities. Under the America Realty brokerage company, we also have other Realtors who work in other communities.
We use several marketing tools to generate the largest exposure possible for our clients’ properties such as Facebook Business Page, over 400 Facebook Communities, Zillow, Realtor among more than 1,000 real estate internet sites and portals in both domestic and international markets. By doing so, we strive to get the highest price in the shortest amount of time for our clients’ properties.
Individually, I have consistently sold over 80 properties per year, representing sellers in about 55% of the transactions and buyers in 45% of the transactions.
The majority of my buyers are from South America, especially Brazil, Peru and Chile. Most of them pay cash and are looking for a vacation home or an investment opportunity.
