Douglas, since beginning of my journey, was very mellow, and easy to talk to. He called me to introduce himself and we met the next day or so and went to look at a place, and afterwards sat down to talk. He asked me what I was looking for and it was game on. He told me what he was going to do and for the next several weeks he kept me updated by calls, texts and, e-mails. He found some houses and I picked one from the list, and today, I call it home. Did I mention he is "VERY PATIENT"? Not only did he get the info and contacts, he also taught me some things. Douglas is an excellent realtor with a positive personality. He would always tell me everything is OK, we are doing good. Not only did I get a house, I now have a friend for life. When everything was said and done, I had a Kool Aid smile all the way home.
