Douglas sold two condo,s I owned fairly quickly in this terrible market. I had the units improperly priced as a result of a number of other brokers who told me what to price them at. I had the units with 4 other brokers over the last three years and nothing happened. Very few showings. With Douglas there were showing every few days and within six months both units were sold within 12% of what I was asking. I am now using him to represent me on a commercial property that is in foreclosure. He is working very hard with the bank that owns it to get the place at the price I want to pay.
