While in contract an issue developed with the Title company that really was a non-issue. Doug took the initiative to contact Title company directly and get problem resolved that day. Without his intervention the closing would have been delayed.

Doug did a great job selling my house. He advised me on what my asking price and settling price should be. After the house had been on the market for a short period without many offers he advised me of how much to lower the price in order to fit into a more sellable bracket. It worked like a charm and the house sold right away. Doug handled the multiple offers I had like a Wall St. wizard, playing one prospective buyer against the other to get me the highest price. Doug's familiarity with the local goverment departments and regulations proved valuable in smoothing out the kinks that arose from time to time throughout the process.
