I asked my niece who lives in Texas for a recommendation. She knew four realtors and she put him high above the others because of his genuine personality and work ethic. He was a joy to hear from and the work that was handled on line was all made clear to me as we worked through the required paperwork. I was very satisfied with all of the details that he had to work through to finish the sale in a short time.
Doug took those late night calls and helped us with every step of the process. He was a tremendous help on get the our house sold and purchasing our new house. The whole process can be crazy at times but Doug was there with helpful advice and contacts when we needed them.
Doug was very knowledgeable about the market and the many towns in East Texas. The market was tough for buyers and we were out of state.
