I met Doug when he showed my home that was listed with another broker. He struck me as being a good listener; and I believed that he would be more aggressive and responsive than the broker I had at the time. After my listing expired with the original broker, I contacted Doug. I listed with him and the selling experience changed. The activity level accelerated, and finally Doug worked through a difficult selling sequence with an offerer and negotiated the sale. We closed on the property and that was good.
