Knowing along the way that the loan was underwritten helped my confidence that the sale would go through. He also gave good advise concerning my choice of closing company. He was helpful in pointing out things around the house that I needed to complete to satisfy certain buyer types, such as outdoor painting to satisfy FHA loan requirements, but also helped me know how far to go as far as more extensive work. Douglas was available, and met with me on several occasions to review things at the house.
