We had a long, complicated path before we could purchase a house- and Doug helped us begin to look a good 4 months before we had been approved. His patience through all the changes/obstacles we encountered was amazing! He helped us prioritize what we wanted- and there were numerous deviations on our part- that he calmly and cheerfully accommodated. Most of all- he knew his business. Neither of us had purchased a home in over 30 years- so there was a lot of new information to be learned. Doug was extremely helpful especially in identifying existing/potential problems with the houses we looked at. He has a solid network of professionals that were able to help when needed- including our mortgage broker.
