Doug helped every step of the way with not only buying my previous house, but also selling it years later. I bought 2 houses and sold 1. Due to Doug's knowledge and expertise we used him for all 3 transactions. Getting through the first house was a difficult process since the selling realtor was not following through and Doug was having to call the other realtor when he wasn't getting responses in a timely fashion. Doug was excellent at responding to our questions as well as returning calls and answering emails. The 2nd house we purchased was harder to find due to the stipulations my daughter wanted. Doug never gave up and he found me the exact house my daughter was looking for. My Son and Daughter are both thrilled with their new homes which would have definitely been more difficult without Doug guiding us through the process. Our 3rd house we were the seller for a house and property inherited from my Father. Doug held many open houses and helped us with obstacles such as find a company to remove an old fuel oil tank in the basement. Also helped us find foundation companies that he or other of his Carpenter team members had dealt with.

In the dictionary, next to the word Flexible, there is a picture of Doug. You will also find his photo in the H section next to Honest and Helpful, and prior to that in the A section for Awesome. I don't know how to put into words how helpful he was during the home buying process. In the span of a month my wife and I relocated, got married, started new jobs, and purchased a home...and Doug was an integral part in making that happen. He really does go above and beyond for every single one of his clients and is never more than a phone call away. My wife and I are very happy in our new home and I cant imagine what it would have been like having anyone but Doug to help us get there. Did I mention that we were also first time home buyers?
