Looking back, there are a couple of areas I would have liked more assistance with: firstly, the pricing of the house was a difficult area for me and I wish there had been more professional input on that; secondly, I felt undue pressure to make a decision. Being completely ignorant of the process of selling a house, I think I needed more information on different choices. The selling of the house was quick, easy, and finished before I could blink.
