Doug came in took a video, that was so outstanding I feel this was one of the many things he did to help sell our home in one day! I know the market was good but Doug made selling our home so easy. Doug was an exceptional realtor. He made the whole process effortless for us and he always made time to show us houses, even though we were looking in the Monroe/Liberty/West Chester area (upper Cincinnati - which was a decent drive for him). He never complained or pressured us to make moves, but he was always willing to give advice that were always in our best interest (even if it meant he'd have to keep showing us houses). I can't say enough good things about Doug and how he represented us, and I would recommend him to anyone looking in the Dayton/northern Cincinnati area!

I didn't know anything about home buying and jumped in with both feet. I am SO glad I had Doug to help me through it all. He is still answering questions and I closed two weeks ago. He answered every stupid question I asked and explained beyond the question to make sure I had all the relevant information. He was really great at helping me evaluate a property, pointing out potential issues with the homes and the neighborhoods. I confused him a bit as I wasn't sure what I wanted in a home but he was incredibly patient and had a great sense of humor when I dragged him to houses that he knew were not what I was looking for.
