Beyond expectation! Doug was responsive and proactive. He understands what needs to be done to make a house presentable for sale and he is up to date with the market. He suggested a reasonable selling price for the house, which I think was realistic. The house was sold for a higher than asking price the second day when it was placed in the market and was closed within eighteen days. Doug made all arrangements for the sale of my house. I just had to sit back and wait for everything to happen. He has a very good and competent team working with him. This really streamlines the sale and the closing.
