Discovering Utah on ski trips in his youth, Doug relocated from Southern California to attend Weber State University graduating with a Business Management degree. He continued to add to his formal business training by specializing in resort real estate and new construction working at his in-laws business Powder Mountain Resort and with Scott’s Home Construction pioneering the Remuda Golf Community. He lead a successful real estate team as he his wife, Jamie, went on to open an office In Eden and later he become the principal broker of RE/MAX Community Valley in Ogden. Doug fulfilled a dream of owning a restaurant when he purchased Harley & Buck’s Grill and operated one of Ogden’s best fine dining hot spots and catering companies. Doug would host his clients and their friends and families for their special events with warm hospitality and outstanding dining. He was trusted for life’s biggest moments. Doug’s clients become his friends and he works to serve as a lifelong agent for their families and friends and next generations . After training his team in the operation of a successful brokerage he passed the reigns on to them and became associate broker at RE/MAX Crossroads, a well respected local leader in Historic Downtown Ogden. With 30 years selling real estate he has proven worthy of the referrals and repeat business from his past clients. He continues as one of the Powder Mountain real estate leaders selling both mountain and city properties along side his wife, Jamie, who also has 30+ years experience. Doug has achieved Hall of Fame , Executive club, 100% Club and Platinum Club of RE/MAX as well as lifetime achievement for our local board of realtors.
