We cannot thank Doug Koffel enough for his time and patience in helping us secure our new home. After 23 years of military life, we were finally ready to buy our first home and it was both scary and exciting at the same time. Doug was extremely knowledgeable with the VA process, the benefits, and the housing market in general. He was a pleasure to talk to and get to know as a friend and not just an agent. As a Veteran himself, he really cares for other Veterans and their families and he was very aggressive at moving forward on OUR behalf! We instantly felt comfortable with Doug and he knew exactly what he was doing so we didn't feel like we were making the wrong decisions. He knew what we would or wouldn't agree to, the type of home we wanted, and how much we would be willing to put down and settle on. He made negotiations on our behalf, he talked with the right people, and he knew the VA process like the back of his hand. We secured an agreement on our house in just two months with Doug as apposed to 6-8 months ongoing with another non-VA qualified agent! If you are a Veteran and need an agent in the area, we would highly recommend Doug Koffel! Do not attempt to sell yourself short, as a Veteran you deserve the best in the American Dream and Doug is the BEST at what he does for Veterans!
