Doug has been working with my husband and I for over a year while we transitioned to Charleston. Throughout the entire time, Doug was patient, understanding and responsive to all of our needs and requests. He has an extensive knowledge bank on Charleston and each area: school districts, "hot spots" etc. Doug helped us tremendously these past few months, helping us find the perfect starter home - exactly where we wanted and we were able to negotiate several items too!
