We were planning our retirement move for about 3 years & from out of state too. We contacted Doug through his contact page with Tellico Village. With our 2nd visit to TN we met up with Doug. He has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process of finding our dream home, referral for a lender& the whole closing process.
