Doug Dix

My wife and I are so lucky to have found Doug Dix. We moved to Palmdale into a month-to-month apartment hoping to buy a home, and we contacted Doug as our realtor. (I saw from the website that Doug was a UC Berkeley graduate and just picked him randomly based on that, honestly. We wanted to be with Keller Williams, but we didn't know any realtors.) Doug helped us find our dream home, just when the market was going up but my pre-approval loan amount wasn't going any higher. We thought we would end up having to buy a home we could afford but didn't truly want. But Doug came through and we got the price we wanted on a great home. Doug knows the neighborhoods, he is professional and courteous, and he is available whenever something is needed or whenever we had questions. Doug is friendly and on top of all paperwork. Best of all, he gives you his absolute expertise and knowledge on every issue, but you always have the final say on every matter. Once we had our offer accepted, Doug was also great with negotiating with the seller the fixing of various items the inspector found before we moved in. When we were closing escrow, Doug gave us a list of trusted electricians and handymen if we ever needed any one. Doug is an honest, professional, and knowledgeable realtor, with great knowledge of the Antelope Valley (Palmdale and Lancaster and surrounding areas). We give Doug an A+, really. And we love our new home!
